How to Play

At the start of each game, 28 cards are dealt across seven tableau columns — the bottom card of each column starts face-up, the rest face-down. The remaining 24 cards form the stock in the upper-left, and the four foundation piles in the upper-right start empty. Your goal is to move every card onto a foundation, building each one up by suit from Ace to King.

A few rules govern how cards can move:

• — Tableau columns build down by alternating colors. A red 7 can be placed on a black 8, a black 6 on a red 7, and so on. You can also move a sequence of properly-stacked cards as a unit.
• — Foundations build up by suit, starting with the Ace. Place the matching 2 of that suit on top, then the 3, and so on up to the King. Cards can be moved back from the foundation if needed.
• — Face-down cards flip automatically when the card covering them is removed.
• — Empty tableau columns can only be filled with a King, or a sequence of cards starting with a King.
• — The stock deals one card at a time to the waste pile. Click the stock to draw; when it's empty, click the recycle icon to flip the waste back to the stock and start over.
